Call repeatedly. It is a message. Ask you to call another number. Finally did, it was Macy's. I said I had an account, but it was up to date. Man checked and said I was correct, he din't know why I am getting these calls and he would take care of it. Still receiving calls though!!!!

they called me 6 times today. it's a robo call so unless you say something it doesn't connect. it is macy's and they are harassing credit card holders..even if you bill is not past due. Mine came in the mail yesterday and isn't due until April 15 but they feel they need to call and harass. I closed my Macy's account. Enough!

these obnoxious idiots call over and over. As far as I can tell, they are calling for Macy's in my case. I missed ONE PAYMENT on a credit account balance of 134.00 and it was only 'cause I misplaced the bill. I told them not to call me anymore but it continues. I'm calling Macy's tomorrow, reporting this number and paying off my 134.00 balance and closing the freakin card... it's not worth the aggravation!

calls started 3/25 5:00 a.m. and continue each day 5 or 6 times a day at all hours of day and night. Called the number and obviously a foreigner and is saying my Macy's bill was not paid. It was!

This company must stop calling and harassing Macy's customers. I demanded today they take my cell number off of the account and he assured me that would be done. I have had 5 calls on my cell from this number since the request this am. I will contact Macy's and I will file a claim of harassment on 727-556-7300

they wont stop calling and i called and actually talked to someone who spoke english and i told them to stop calling and they take my name off the list, a half hour later the call me and i basically yell telling them to stop calling but i could not understand the persons accent so i say dude speake the language so people can understand it and he hangs up how rude

They call about 5 or 6 times at day, sometimes as early as 8:00 a.m. for the last week or so. I finally talked to them just yesterday and told them I was not late, the payment isn't due until the 18th and they said sorry and hung up on me! Now they have called again today. I did not answer. I've seen other reports on this company (collection for Macy's) and they're all bad. I would like them to stop calling. It's very annoying.

Caller called and muffled the name, seems like they tried to make it sound like Macy's, but he did not say Macy's. I asked him to repeat it and he kind of muffled mc something. I was asked if I wanted to pay my bill over the telephone.

Be careful do not give your credit card number over the phone. Employees are not giving background checks or drug test. Some of them are honest people but most are not. I would not want my credit card number in the wrong hands

This number calls me no less than 5 times a day. The caller is “unknown”. The 727 area code is “Clearwater” and “St Petersburg” Florida. When I call the number a recording answers, “The credit center, please call back during normal business hours”. Who is this?

this phone number keeps calling. It says it is from florida. I don't know anyone from florida except one relative and it is not his number. People should stop calling if they are not going to leave a message. I guess it is not important if they don't leave a message. Please have this phone number to stop calling.

they call at 8:30 am every day, and at 2 or 3 other times in the past few days. I used to answer, but when i do, there's nothing there. Sometimes a recorded voice says "We have an important call..." then nothing else. How do i stop this?

I am sick of them calling 7 or 8 times a day. Somebody said it was Macy's, so I checked my account and I had missed my May payment, but I never received a statement and I need that. Anyway, if it is them, why don't they leave a message? Can't be too important. If the caller's name doesn't show up on caller ID, I don't answer.

When I received this call for the nineteenth time in 30 minutes,and when I would answer "Hello" I WOULD HEAR NOISE, but no person talking to me. I finally got peeved and blew a whistle in the phone and a voice on the other end said "You fucking hell bitch" (female voice, with THICK accent) I blew it again and the line went dead. I then began to answer the phone with the whistle blowing and sometimes they yell at me. However, I have NEVER had anyoine tell me who or why they are phoning me.

They keep calling me, but I don't know who it is. When I answer, they take a long time to speak so I hang up. I have called the number back and it's an automated cycle that NEVER says who you are calling, just wait for the next available agent!

I recieve constant calls from this number, and I never answer because I dont reconize the number. But I get about 20 calls a day and I noticed that on comments of other people that its Macy's or some scam? But its really annoying, especially since my phone started ringing during class.

This company keeps calling every hr of everyday including weekends. We are on the national DNC registry; my husband asked them not to call this number. They kept calling and today I answered twice and twice told them to stop calling, and that I have reported them to the FCC for violation of the DNC registry. They speak with a very heavy Spanish accent and kept asking if the number is a wrong number and that is the only way they would stop calling. I did not verify any personal information and also advised that the next time they call they will be contacted by my attorney.
