they called me at my work and cell # stating that i would be facing legal action from a fraud law suit put on my SSN. It was a "brain smith" who obviously had an indian accent. I have gotten these calls before from a "patrick johnson" with the same accent which was also fraudulent. i hung up on him several times after explaining i would report him to the BBB and was aware this was a scam and they would not get any $ from me. he attempted several times to call me back and try to extort $ from me. I told him i would be awaiting the lawsuit and would turn any info over to my lawyer!!! beware!!! |

it was an inai sounding guy that said he worked with some kind of law enforcement with a case against me,,that i am going to lose my job social security,,i work in the law enforcement area so i know i have no cases against me,,i tried to call the number back and got to responce,, |
